Step Inn Shoes take pride in supplying quality footwear and accessories, and it is important to us that you get the desired purchase you ordered. Here are some tips on how to ensure your order goes smoothly:
Please provide a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to receive your delivery.
We are unable to make alterations or additions to your order once confirmation has been sent.
After full payment is received by us the parcels will be prepared for delivery.
All parcels must be signed for on delivery. Please ensure someone will be available at your chosen address. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, a Card-to-Call will be left by the delivery company. Ensure ready access, no dogs etc. If you have given a postal service Authority to Leave (ATL) for your deliverable packages, we are not liable in any way for loss, theft or damage to the parcel left in accordance with this authority. To avoid this risk we recommend you have your package sent to a secure location where signature is required.
Please expect 1-3 business days delivery for urban areas and 3-7 business days delivery for rural areas.
These numbers are estimates, and if you are ordering more than 2 pairs these estimates may vary and items may be dispatched separately. Should you wish to cancel your order please send an email to – firstname.lastname@example.org – giving us your details. We can cancel the order and give you a full refund if your parcel has not been collected by the courier
DOMESTIC COURIER & HANDLING CHARGES:
Standard throughout NZ = $10.00 per pair
Rural throughout NZ = $15.00 per pair
Free delivery on orders over $200 within New Zealand
Courier fees are non-refundable. We courier Monday to Thursday and orders Friday to Sunday are sent on a Monday.
We will only courier a maximum of 3 pairs per customer.
Australia = $40.00 NZ per pair
Please note, any import taxes or duty payable to your own country is your responsibility, and is NOT included in our shipping price.
